Overview
VMS5100 Fan Vibration Monitor is an independent and complete monitor installed in a sealed and sturdy chassis, which can work only by connecting the DC power supply and the required output. The VMS5100 wind turbine vibration monitor is specially designed for low-frequency vibration monitoring. It mainly monitors the overall low-frequency vibration of the wind turbine tower and the nacelle. The built-in three acceleration sensors in the X, Y and Z directions can monitor the vibration of the three channels in real time. The situation, and through the built-in high-performance digital processor to carry out digital band-pass filtering to extract the signal in the effective vibration frequency band, if the signal exceeds the limit, an alarm signal will be sent according to the user configuration. In addition, the device has 4 independent 4-20mA standard analog current outputs; and it can also communicate with the computer host computer system in real time through various communication methods to realize data storage, real-time viewing, user configuration and other functions.
